Terms of Website Usage, Service, and Store Policies:
ORDERS: All orders are processed and shipping in the order received, regardless of destination. Please allow 1 – 5 days for processing each order. ALL purchases made via check will not ship until the check as cleared the bank. There will be no exceptions made to this rule!! I will include the tracking information for your order, so any order that shows as delivered or missing will be considered as delivered.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders to international address, including Canada, will require a credit card to place an order. All purchases must also be made in the current US currency exchange rate. You will also be responsible for any additional fees associated with shipping to an international address. At this time, international orders do not qualify for free shipping.
APO/FPO ORDERS: Because of the nature of the mailing systems, these orders must be shipped priority. Because these are natural products, the first class shipping time can be as long as 30 days, which will affect the condition of the bar, depending on the weather and shipping conditions.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will incur a $1.00 restock fee. Once the order ships, all sales are final.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: We do not charge a handling fee for shipping any packages to our customers. Because we are a small business, we also cannot provide any discount pricing for shipping. If your actual shipping is more than your shipping charge at the time of purchase, you will not incur any additional shipping costs. The actual size of the package will be determined by the size of your order. In the event you select priority mail, your order will be packaged in the smallest box that will safely and security fit your order, keeping your shipping costs as low as necessary to securely deliver your order. All orders that ship free, will default to first class mail; otherwise, you will incur additional charges upgrade to priority mail.
CONTACT INFORMATION: ALL orders require billing and shipping address. Your billing address MUST match your payment method address, or the order will be cancelled. This requirement is in place to prevent fraud and abuse of the site and your check or credit card information.
PACKAGE HANDLING: Once the package leaves us, we cannot be held responsible for it if it becomes missing/damaged during transit. We are also not held responsible for lost/stolen packages. All of our packages come with tracking information. You will need to reach out to the package handler to resolve any unreceived package issues.
REFUNDS/CREDITS/RETURNS: Because these are bath products, all sales are final. Refunds MAY be provided, but clear evidence must be provided. There are no refunds based on a dislike of the color, scent, or design of the bars. Because everyone perceives scents differently, we do our best to describe the scent. We generally use the description used by the manufacturer and our personal perception of the scent(s).
ALLERGY WARNING: We use a variety of scents from different manufacturers in most of our products. Because we operate in a small space, one ingredient may make contact with an allergen. We always sterilize our tools, but it is still a possibility. Please make note of any allergies that using our products may exacerbate.
