Cancellations: Please send me an email with your order number before 2:00PST the day of purchase.

Returns: Because we are a small business, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time. Please contact us at minolabathworks@outlook.com if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds: Once your order is processed, no refunds will be provided. If your order arrives damaged, kindly provide us with digital proof. We will then consider providing you with a refund or a replacement. Products must neither opened used to be considered for a refund or replacement.
